There are two groups of facilities in order with a total of 16 accommodation units. Each unit has the direct exit to the ground and its own garden. As part of the lawn there is the decorated shed for storing all garden tools, sports equipment, etc. and a parking space with the roof for a car.

The gardens are separated by high wooden partitions. The buildings are positioned into the edge of the natural terraces.  That makes the accommodation units in each order to be placed into the different level of the terrain.

It is oriented to the lower part of the natural terraces. The rooms here are arranged into two levels: ground floor and first floor. Ground floor level is associated with the garden, units at the top have the access to the large lounge balcony - "bovški gank" that extends over the entire width of the building.

It is oriented to the higher part of the natural terraces. The rooms here are arranged into three levels: ground floor, first floor and mansard. Living units on the ground floor are connected with the garden.
